If you have key keeper privleges, you can maintain the user. You can give users privleges to create their own albums. A keyKeeper has full privleges, and can change other people's albums and photos.

You can add users to the system.
You can give them privleges:
1. As Key Keeper.. Keykeeper has all privleges and can chan any album
2. Can Maint.. They are allowed to create albums and maintain the media in them
3. Can Load.. The can do bulk loads

Alb Numbdr	This is automatically assigned
Admin Num	This is who will be in charce of administrating the album.
Alb Name	Give your album a name
Alb Descriptoin	Any description you want to add
Alb Access	If you want to secure this album, you can give it a Access Key. Only people you give this key to can access the album
Num Rows	This is the number of rows down the album will display
Columns	This is the number of columns across the album will display

Bulk load.

In order to do bulk loading you must first move your photos and other media to the media directory.

When you click Load] the system scans the media directory for any photos and other media that is not contained in any other album. If they are in no other album they are added to the album that you are doing the load.

Sometimes it is a good idea to create a album called Work Album. Then when you do a load on Work Album, you get all files in the media directory that are not belong to any other album. You can then maintain the Work Album and move the individual photos to the album you want.

Alb Num	If you want to move this media to another album, select it from the drop down list
Media Num	Automatically assigned
Med Loc	Where this was located. Such as in the mountains.
Ned Name	The name that appears on the media
MedDescr	Any descripion
MedWide	This is the width You can change this, but not recommended
MedHigh	This is the height. You can change ths, but not recommended
MedSeq	All photos have a sequence they appear in the album. If you want to move this photo ahead of the photo with sequence number 10, then give it something like 9.
Loading a media	Using the [Choose File] button, select a photo from your file system. Then click [Upload]. The photo will immediately appear to the right
